Read, complete and sign the rental agreement
Mail the one night deposit with the rental agreement.
The balance plus tax is due upon your arrival.
The season rate is $150 per night, with a 2 night minimum plus lodging tax. The weekly rate is $800. .
Check in after 3:00 pm, check out before 11:00 am.
Winter rates for November through March are $100 per night or $500.00 per week
We require an additional $150.00 security deposit that will be refunded within 7 days of departure
if guests have caused no damage or violated any policies. All security deposits will be returned to the
address on the rental agreement.
. All rates are for up to six guests. No charge for children when accompanied by parents.

Cancellation Policy
All reservations are subject to a 30 day cancellation policy. If rental is cancelled 30 days prior to reservation
start date, deposits will be returned, minus a $25 processing fee. If cancellation is less than 30 days prior to
the reservation date, the deposit will not be returned but may be applied to another stay.
Pets
Sorry, no pets are allowed. Evidence of pets will result in a loss of security deposit and/or eviction and forfeit of
rental fee.
Smoking
NO SMOKING inside the cabin. Evidence of smoking will result in loss of security deposit and/or eviction and
forfeit of rental fee.
Check-out procedure
Guest(s) shall leave premises in a neat and undamaged condition. All dishes must be washed and put away.
All opened food must be removed from refrigerator and cabinets and placed in trash receptacle outside for
later pickup. Furniture must be placed in it's original location. Doors/windows locked. Leave keys on kitchen
table. Failure to leave keys will result in the forfeit of the security deposit.
Returned checks
A $50 service charge will be incurred for any returned check in addition to bank charges.
