DIRECTIONS

Off of interstate 81 in Wythe County take the US-52S/Exit 80.  If you are coming off of the northbound
lane toward Roanoke turn right onto US-52S (Fort Chiswell Road).  If you are coming off of the
southbound lane toward Bristol, turn left.  Continue to follow Fort Chiswell Road for approximately 1.2
miles.  At the stoplight, turn right onto VA-94 (Ivanhoe Road). Follow Ivanhoe Road approximately 7
miles.  Take a left onto Road 639 (Riverview Drive).  Go approximately 100 yards, turn right on Shady
River Drive.  Go under the trestle and turn left through the red gates.  The cabin is on the right,  the one
with the red roof.

*Check in time is 3:00.

*Check out time is 11:00.

*Keys will be waiting upon arrival.

*The cabin is non-smoking.

*Pets are not permitted.

*A deposit of one night rental and a signed lease agreement must be received within 10  days  of making        
your  reservation

* The remaining balance including tax and a security deposit of $150.00 is due upon your arrival.

* Cancellation – If the booking is cancelled less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit  
is non-refundable but may be applied to another stay.
