1. Request all occupants to read rental agreement.
2. Complete and return agreement. Person signing agreement must be at least 21 years old.
3. Forward Rental Agreement and one night deposit to:

The remainder of the payment plus $150.00 security deposit is due upon arrival. We accept
personal checks or money orders.

Rental fee is $150.00 per night plus tax. There is a two night minimum.
The weekly rate is $800.00 (summer rate)
DAMAGE, ACCIDENTS AND LOST ITEMS
Damage to the cabin or negligence resulting in damage to the cabin or facility will result in forfeit of
the security deposit. Each guest agrees to be personally responsible and to hold harmless the owner
of the cabin for property damage, accidents, injury, lost or stolen items as a result of using the cabin,
facilities, equipment, services, and recreational activities. Guests are required to notify the owner
immediately at 276 699 6403 of any hazards.
